1) One Car Rental will only ever ask for a 25% fee upfront for your rental vehicle, this is used to confirm the booking with the balance being payable directly to the rental company.
2) One Car Rental will never email you asking for personal details, card details, PIN numbers or passwords at any time before, during or after you have rented a vehicle from us.
3) Be vigilant and ensure that you see the padlock icon in your browser window before entering your card details into our payment processing page, the padlock icon is used by all websites to verify a secure connection.
